    About the role

The Center for Effective Aid Policy is looking for development nerds to help us analyze the effectiveness of development initiatives and government policies.

As a development researcher at CEAP, you will be diving deep into questions such as:

    • How do UK’s bilateral vaccine initiatives compare with the best multilaterals in cost-effectiveness?
    • What are the benefits and pitfalls of implementing cash-benchmarking across a bilateral aid portfolio?

The conclusions of your research will feed directly into our advocacy efforts to make aid save and improve the most lives possible.

You might be a good fit if:

    • You get a dopamine hit whenever CGD releases a new report or you procrastinate by reading Devex newswire.
    • You have an Msc. in a field such as economics or global development.
    • You are curious about the inner workings of development agencies and multilaterals.
    • You enjoy digging deep into an area of research and finding novel insights.
    • You write well, concisely, and enjoy communicating complex ideas simply.
